I Didn't Receive My Receipt

Immediately after a purchase, your receipt is emailed to the email address used to set up your LexVid account.  Your receipts are always available for download on your My Account page. If you didn't receive a receipt, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your My Account page, scroll down to the Purchase History section, and download your receipt
  2. Check your spam folder for your receipt
  3. Search your email for "LexVid"
  4. Go to your My Account page and verify that your email address is correct

If you still can't find your receipt, contact our customer service team and they will be happy to help.
