When Does My Package Expire?

Bundle and unlimited access packages expire one year from the date of purchase. There are several ways to find your expiration date.

LexVid Dashboard

To view your dashboard, sign in to your account and it will be the first page you see. If you're already in your account, select Dashboard in the navigation at the top of the website.

• Blue Pills: The blue "pills" are located immediately beneath the welcome message near the top of the page. That will list the expiration date for any of your packages
• CLE Calendar: Scroll down to the CLE calendar and all package expirations will be listed there. You may need to expand the list to view the full calendar to see your package expiration date.

Receipt

• My Account Page: Scroll down to the bottom of your my account page to find your receipts and view/download the applicable receipt to find your expiration date. 
• Email: Your receipt was emailed to you immediately after purchase. Search for LexVid in your email to find it quickly. 

Please note that on demand and live credits never expire.
