I Didn't Receive My Certificate

Certificates are emailed to you immediately after each course is completed. If you didn't receive the email:

Check Your Spam Folder

We know, everyone says this and it's never there. Humor us and take a peek. 

Confirm Your Email Address Is Correct

Go to your My Account page and confirm that the email address you used to register your LexVid account is correct. Please check for typos--this is the most common reason for emails not being delivered. 

Confirm the Course Was Marked Complete 

Sometimes courses get to the very end and don't get marked complete. Go to My Courses and look to see if your account is still listed there (completed courses are not listed in your My Courses page). If the course is listed in your My Courses page and you completed the course, contact us. 

Download the Course Directly

Go to the Completed Courses and Certificates page in your account. Sign in and click the link in the navigation at the top of the page to view this page.

Your completed course will have a link to download the certificate.  If your course isn't listed on your completed courses, contact us.
