The number of credits available in your account is listed at the top of your LexVid Dashboard immediately underneath the welcome message. The blue "pills" show all of your access including:
- Bundles
- On Demand Credits
- Live Credits
- Unlimited Access
- Team Access
If you don't see any information that means you don't have any current access to LexVid courses.
If you believe you should have access and they aren't listed in your account, it's likely because your credits or access are associated with a different account with a different email address. To check this, go to your My Account page and confirm the email address you signed into is correct--typos in your email address are the most common reason for this issue.
If you need help finding your credits, contact customer service and they can help locate them for you.
