To confirm how much you were charged and what discount was applied, check your receipt. Your receipt can be found in your email or on your My Account page.
Please note that only one discount may be used at a time. Some discounts are applied automatically while others require a coupon. If you apply a coupon when an automatic discount has been applied, the automatic discount will be removed. If you remove the coupon, the automatic discount will be re-applied automatically.
If there is a problem where your discount wasn't applied, please contact customer service and they will take care of you.
