It's very rare for discount codes to not be applied. This issue usually comes up when discount codes aren't eligible for the purchase. The two most common reasons for this are:
- Bundle packages are excluded from all promotions and discounts. Bundles are priced at an always low price year round and not eligible for discounts.
- Another discount was already applied. Some of our marketing programs automatically apply discounts based on a promotional link you clicked. You cannot apply more than one discount to a single purchase.
If there is a problem where your discount wasn't applied, please contact customer service at support@lexvid.com or 877-327-1226 and provide your name and the discount code you're using.
